These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Muslim AI mobile application ("Muslim AI," the "App," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using Muslim AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. About Muslim AI
Muslim AI is an Islamic lifestyle and habit application designed to help users with features such as:
Prayer times and Athan
Qibla direction
Adhkar and Du'a
Quran reading and daily goals
Tasbih
Islamic habit tracking
Prayer and worship progress
Reminders and notifications
Nearby mosque discovery
Travel-related features
AI-powered guidance and habit coaching
Muslim AI is intended to provide informational, organizational, educational, and personal productivity tools.
2. Religious Information Disclaimer
We take the accuracy of Islamic content seriously and make reasonable efforts to provide reliable Quran, Adhkar, Du'a, prayer, and other religious information.
However, Muslim AI is a technology product and is not a replacement for qualified Islamic scholars or religious authorities.
Religious practices and rulings may differ according to madhhab, scholarly interpretation, geographic location, local authority, and individual circumstances.
You should consult a qualified scholar or trusted religious authority when you require a religious ruling or have questions concerning matters of Islamic jurisprudence.
We do not represent that every interpretation or religious resource presented in the App will apply to every user or circumstance.
3. Prayer Times
Prayer times provided by Muslim AI are calculated using your selected or detected location, calculation method, madhhab, and other relevant settings.
Calculated prayer times may differ from those published by your local mosque or religious authority because of:
Different calculation methods
Location accuracy
Device settings
High-latitude calculations
Local religious authority adjustments
Differences in madhhab
Daylight-saving or timezone changes
Technical or device errors
Users should verify prayer times with their trusted local mosque or religious authority when necessary.
4. Qibla Direction
The Qibla compass depends on information provided by your device, including location and compass or magnetometer readings.
Accuracy may be affected by magnetic interference, device calibration, buildings, electronic equipment, magnetic accessories, environmental conditions, or inaccurate location information.
The Qibla feature should therefore be treated as an assistance tool rather than a guaranteed measurement.
5. Quran, Adhkar and Du'a Content
Muslim AI may provide Quranic text, Adhkar, Du'a, references, source information, and related religious material.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate content and references. Nevertheless, software, transcription, translation, reference, or presentation errors may occur.
If you discover a potential error in religious content, we encourage you to contact us so it can be reviewed.
Translations are provided to assist understanding and should not be considered replacements for the original Arabic text.
6. AI Coach
Muslim AI may provide an AI-powered coach using artificial intelligence technology, including services provided by Google Gemini.
AI-generated responses may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or incorrect.
The AI coach is designed primarily to assist with habits, goals, motivation, organization, and general information.
AI-generated responses should not be considered authoritative Islamic rulings or fatwas.
Do not rely solely on an AI-generated response for important religious, medical, legal, financial, or other professional decisions.
For Islamic rulings or questions requiring scholarly judgment, consult a qualified Islamic scholar.
7. Your Progress and Habit Tracking
Muslim AI includes features for tracking prayers, Quran reading, Adhkar, Tasbih, habits, goals, streaks, and other activities.
These features are intended to support personal organization and motivation.
Scores, streaks, percentages, reports, goals, and other measurements displayed by Muslim AI are informational tools. They do not measure a person's faith, religious worth, sincerity, or standing before Allah.
Users remain responsible for determining which goals and practices are appropriate for their circumstances.
8. Notifications and Athan
Muslim AI may provide Athan, prayer reminders, Adhkar reminders, habit reminders, and other notifications.
We cannot guarantee that a notification, alarm, or Athan will always be delivered at the intended time.
Delivery may be affected by iOS, device settings, Focus modes, battery conditions, notification permissions, system restrictions, software errors, or other circumstances outside our control.
You should not rely exclusively on Muslim AI notifications for time-critical religious obligations.
9. Location and Nearby Mosques
Certain features may require location access, including prayer calculations, Qibla, nearby mosques, and travel-related functionality.
Mosque locations, walking directions, distances, business information, or other map information may be provided through Apple or other mapping services.
We do not guarantee that map listings, mosque information, directions, operating information, or locations are complete or accurate.
10. Advertising
Muslim AI may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob.
We do not necessarily endorse products, services, organizations, or claims appearing in third-party advertisements.
Third-party advertising services may operate according to their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Premium Features and Purchases
Muslim AI may offer premium features, subscriptions, or other in-app purchases.
Prices and available plans will be displayed before you complete a purchase.
Purchases made through the App Store are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable payment terms and conditions.
Where subscriptions are offered, subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled according to the conditions displayed when purchasing and Apple's subscription rules.
You can manage or cancel an App Store subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.
Deleting Muslim AI does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
12. Free Features and Usage Limits
Some Muslim AI features may be available free of charge while others may require a subscription or purchase.
Certain features, including AI functionality, may have usage limits.
We may modify reasonable feature limits, premium offerings, or the availability of free features as the App evolves.
Any applicable price will be clearly presented before a purchase is completed.
13. Privacy
Your use of Muslim AI is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Muslim AI is designed so that core religious and habit information, including prayer progress, Quran progress, Adhkar activity, Tasbih counts, and habit information, is primarily stored locally on your device.
Certain optional or network-dependent features may involve third-party services, including Google Gemini, Google AdMob, Google Firebase, and Apple services.

14. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Muslim AI.
You may not:
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App
Attempt to bypass security or usage restrictions
Reverse engineer the App except where expressly permitted by applicable law
Use automated systems to abuse AI or network services
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or services
Use Muslim AI for unlawful purposes
Copy or redistribute proprietary App content in violation of applicable intellectual property rights
We may restrict access to features when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect the service, or comply with legal requirements.
15. Intellectual Property
The Muslim AI application, including its original software, interface, design, graphics, branding, organization, and original content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Certain religious texts, references, fonts, images, map information, APIs, or other resources may be owned or licensed by their respective rights holders.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Muslim AI or its intellectual property to you.
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use Muslim AI for its intended purposes.
16. Third-Party Services
Muslim AI may depend on or integrate services operated by third parties, including:
Apple services
Google Gemini
Google AdMob
Google Firebase
Third-party services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for outages, changes, errors, or discontinuation of services controlled by third parties.
17. Availability and Changes
We work to keep Muslim AI reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may add, modify, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to maintain, improve, secure, or develop the App.
Updates to iOS, third-party APIs, religious datasets, calculation systems, or external services may also affect functionality.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Muslim AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely accurate, or available on every device.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from your use of or inability to use Muslim AI.
This includes reliance on prayer calculations, Qibla readings, notifications, AI-generated responses, third-party information, maps, or habit-tracking information.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
20. Apple App Store
If you download Muslim AI through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and the developer of Muslim AI, not Apple.
Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Muslim AI except as required under applicable law or Apple's own policies.
Your use of Muslim AI must also comply with applicable App Store terms and rules.
21. Termination
You may stop using Muslim AI at any time by deleting the App.
We may restrict access to certain online functionality when reasonably necessary because of abuse, security concerns, violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or misuse of third-party services.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective where applicable.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Muslim AI evolves, features change, third-party services change, or legal requirements require updates.
When these Terms are updated, the "Last Updated" date will be revised.
Continued use of Muslim AI following an applicable update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
